Services
We know that healthy teeth and gums are essential to your overall health and well being.
You can trust our highly skilled dental team to help your family members maintain excellent dental health.
Have you see one of our doctors who will do a comprehensive examination of your mouth and determine what type of cleaning is best for you.
If we can, we will do our best to clean your teeth that day.
The doctor will also help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.
Pediatric dentists generally recommend that you make an appointment to see the dentist as soon as your child gets his/her first tooth.
The American Academy of pediatric Dentistry recommends that a child is seen by six months after his/her first tooth erupts or by one year old, whichever is first.
In our office we normally start seeing patients about age 3 or 4. Younger patients that would have dental needs will generally do better in a pediatric office designed and specifically suited for young children.
Knocked-Out-Tooth: Hold the tooth by the crown, and rinse off the root of the tooth in water if it's dirty.
Do not scrub it or remove any attached tissue fragments.
If possible gently insert and hold the tooth in it's socket.
If that isn't possible, put the tooth in a cup of milk and get to the dentist as quickly as possible.
Don't forget to take the tooth with you!
Bitten Tongue or Lip: Clean the area gently with a cloth, and apply cold compresses to keep swelling down.
If bleeding is excessive or doesn't stop in a short period of time, go to the dentist or a hospital emergency room.
Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service.
This helps to minimize billing and mailing costs, which would otherwise be reflected in higher cost of care to our patients.
Services may be paid by using cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER.
Written estimates are given prior to any extensive treatment.
Dental Insurance or "Dental Assistance" as it should be called, is designed to help you pay part of the cost of dental treatment.
You should be aware that dental insurance is not designed to pay all of the cost of treatment, but rather to be a partial aid.
