Simply THE BEST dentist in Sacramento!
I've seen a number of dentist over the years, and so I can honestly say from multiple experiences (unfortunately) Dr. Nikki stands heads and shoulders above them all! She has taken time to get know me, my concerns and then has worked in partnership with me to develop a plan for my ultimate dental success. In addition, Dr. Nikki's staff beginning with the office receptionist to her dental assistants are all long time team members and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.
Again, I highly recommend Dr. Nikki for any of your dental needs. She's THE BEST!

Omg!! Where do I start. I have been to many dentist in the past and at this dental office and Dr. Nikki make you feel like family and will making coming to the dentist a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Everyone is super friendly. If you are looking for phenomenal service and to be treated like family this is the place to come. I would give 20 stars if I could. Phenomenal experience!!

I upgraded my dental plan recently and was looking for a high quality dentist. Dr. Nikki's practice is down the street from my house so I was really hopeful that this would turn out well. Prior to that, I had multiple Sacramento area dentists and no luck in finding a good one. Having just relocated from the Bay Area, it was disappointing that it took so long to find a great dentist up here!
Everything about this place is perfect, so far: the receptionists are friendly and let you keep the pens (mostly because of the pandemic but I have a nice collection of high quality pens, even one of my friends is jealous - I said, get an appointment and you can have a pen, lol). The dental assistant (Kiko? Not sure if I spelled her name right) is very personable and made me feel at ease. You can tell that "leadership starts at the top" because the moment Dr. Nikki came in to greet me, you could feel the energy was very positive and optimistic. She did a very thorough exam and pointed out what needed to be done. When conducting restorative work, she narrated everything she was doing and explained why, which really helped me feel calm. In addition, while small talking with the dental assistant, she would pause mid story to fill in details for me - not that I was a part of the conversation - but how refreshing to have a dentist that does that versus the dentists I've had where the assistant and dentist stare at you in silence or where they engage in a political conversation as if you're not in the room.
Anyway, even when I was getting shots to numb my mouth, the pain and discomfort was very minimal.
The hygienist was awesome, too: narrating what she was getting ready to do, empathetic, and personable.
For every visit, they take your blood pressure, temperature, and make you rinse your mouth with two different mouth washes for at least a minute. Talk about taking hygiene seriously!
This is one of those practices where everyone knows your name when you walk into the door, you're seen on time, and even with just three visits, I feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!
