Dr. Bartoshesky was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. He followed in the footsteps of his grandfather who practiced dentistry for over 50 years in Wilmington. He graduated from Salisbury University and went on to graduate dental school from Nova Southeastern University. Upon returning to Delaware he attended a 1 year dental residency program in Wilmington
