He is a 1999 graduate of Jacksonville High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University in 2003.
Dr. Westbrook graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 2008.
Soon after, he joined All Smiles to accommodate the rapid growth of clientele.
He is an active member of the Texas Dental Association and East Texas Dental Society.
