Dr. Tutt was born in Texas and grew up in the Tyler area where he attended Whitehouse High School.
Following his love for science, Dr. Tutt graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in Biology and after graduating, spent three years working in Microbiology research at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Dr. Tutt then spent five years teaching high school science in Houston and Temple during which time he obtained a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
