Bonding is a restorative procedure to fix issues such as chips, cracks, discoloration, or misalignment.
The procedure involves the tooth being lightly etched and restored using a tooth-colored resin material that is hardened with a special light that ultimately "bonds" the material to the tooth.
Once the material is hardened, the resin can then be trimmed and smooth for perfect results, and is then polished to give it an even more natural appearance.
Bonding is an excellent alternative to porcelain veneers, as it can give you similar results in a much less invasive procedure.

After a few really great visits with Infantino Dental, I referred my husband who has also become a happy patient.
Visits are always on time, professional, and efficient. The dental hygienists are friendly, and we look forward to seeing them. Dr. Infantino also goes above and beyond, truly caring for his patients in a proactive way. I also appreciate his approach with x-rays, which was temporarily skipping them when I am pregnant out of an abundance of caution.
My only complaint is that it is really hard to reschedule appointments, as this place is very popular and appointments fill up quickly in advance.
I highly recommend Infantino Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Los Gatos area.

It has been hard to get an appt and I had to reschedule a couple of times and they had to be moved out by ~6 months every time. After a visit, I get why they are so in demand!
Don't let the nondescript building fool you. It is pretty nice inside. They have TVs above the chair so you can watch Netflix etc when you are getting work done. Makes you wonder why everyone does not do it. The staff is the best part, very friendly and cheerful.
