Welcome to Dr. Rabitz Pediatric Dentistry in Willow Glen and Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry in Los Gatos. Our experienced team of professionals are committed to helping your child build and maintain a healthy smile for life. When you visit our dental office, you and your child can expect to be treated with respect. By using a playful approach and gentle chairside manner, our team can get even the most hesitant children to relax and accept dental care.
Our goal is to protect your child's teeth and gums and inspire good dental care habits for lifelong oral health. We have two convenient locations. Call Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry or Dr. Rabitz Pediatric Dentistry to schedule your child's visit. We offer preventive, therapeutic, and restorative treatments starting at one-year-old. This is the best time to start oral health care, as your child's dental development becomes more visible at this age.
Our dentists can spot areas of concern and stop them from becoming an issue. Because toddlers aren't caring for their teeth yet, they're especially vulnerable to cavities.

Parents may be surprised to learn that their general or family dentist typically doesn't work with young children.
While many family dentists have a good approach with children, they may not have the tools or time to treat kids with the patience and gentleness they need.
A pediatric dentist specializes in working with young children.
Our team is equipped to handle their unique needs, and we can take our time to help your child feel comfortable and safe with their treatment.

The key to preparing your child for a lifetime of essential dental care is by creating a positive environment at the dentist's office.
Scheduling the first dental appointment when your child is one helps them get used to the process.
They will have a fun, no-stress visit where we count their teeth, give them detailed explanations, and provide motivational elements.
Our pediatric dentist knows how to ease children by working with them at their own pace so that they won't feel overwhelmed.
Children get a tour of the office and a demonstration of the dental instruments, so they are familiar with them when it's time for an examination and cleaning.

We strongly recommend scheduling your baby's first dental visit by the time they reach the age of one.
An initial stress-free visit is scheduled to acquaint your child with the dentist, the office, and the instruments we use.
We also count teeth and attempt a simple look into their mouths for a quick, non-invasive assessment.
On later appointments, we perform thorough exams to determine the condition of your child's teeth and make appropriate treatment suggestions.

Dr. Chanel & her incredible dental staff (Amanda, Shawnzee & so many more) are truly one of a kind. We love this dentist and office for so many reasons. Dr. Chanel was super knowledgeable with various options and different treatment approaches for an issue my son was having. They truly care about protecting your child and the health of you child’s teeth - ensuring they feel confident and not afraid of the dentist with their gentle guidance and approaches. Dr. Chanel and her staff are so very kind and fun. Both of my sons are full of energy and while I constantly apologize for their high energies, each one of them continue to show such grace and kindness by reminding me that I don’t need to apologize - they even play balloon volleyball and answer all of their 100 questions! This office and staff are truly one of a kind. From our hearts to yours, thank you so much. My boys now love going to the dentist.

Couldn’t be a more thoughtful and wonderful experience for a child at the Dentist. My daughter was delighted to learn about her adult teeth coming in and even more excited to grab a goody bag on the way out. They have thought of every detail to make it a truly special experience to go to the dentist. Thank you!

My 2 day old daughter had her upper lip and tongue-tie released by Dr. Suzy. As a parent, it can be terrifying to see your newborn go under surgery. The procedure itself was easy. Dr. Suzy applied a topical numbing cream and used a laser so there was no bleeding.
Dr. Suzy and her team are quick, efficient, and great with babies/kids. She gave me referrals to additional providers who can help with breastfeeding and therapy to prevent the ties from reattaching. I am very happy with the service provided by Los Gatos Pediatric Dentistry.

This is hands down the best peds dentistry office! Dr. Suzy went out of her way to help me by providing a second opinion for my son. I'm in the healthcare sector myself and I like to ask a lot of questions regarding treatment and care. Dr. Suzy is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My boys also felt at ease with her and she motivated them to want to take care of their teeth. She truly is such a blessing for the community and has a natural gift for being around children. The office staff are wonderful as well! I wish I could give her and her staff a million stars because they deserve it. Absolutely wonderful experience every time!!!

LOVE it!
They have a "floss contract" for your kiddos if they are 9 y/o and up, our son gladly signed, he's flossing every day, and wants his picture on the Wall of Fame!
Also, we had been told by a previous dentist he had 8 cavities! EIGHT! He's only 9 years old! Went to LGPD and Dr. Chanel, got wayyyy better exam, x-rays and guess what ?!
ZERO CAVITIES! Now, there is an "early stage" one, but not enough for a filling yet. So, our little guy got his smiling face on the front wall with all the other "no cavities this appt" kids. He was BEAMING!
Wow, this place is sooooo friendly and sensory-friendly for little ones that have apprehension about the dentist. They do everything they can to make the appointment easy, fun, not-a-big-deal, and the kids love it. The dentists and all the staff are seriously amazing at psychology as much as dentistry.
This is a a MUST visit place for your kiddos.
