She is a graduate of Northern Virginia Medical Campus in Springfield, VA.
Marilyn also has post-graduate schooling from the Levin Consulting Group & Scheduling Institute Seminars, and has advanced training in OSHA, CPR, x-rays, Biohazard/Blood-borne materials.
At Desired Dental, Marilyn is responsible for managing all of the important dental assisting duties such as sterilization of instruments, ordering all materials and supplies, compiling x-rays, and conducting patient education.

Dr. Assefa Demewoz is a 2011 graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. It's the fifth oldest dental school in the United States and has trained thousands of highly skilled and talented dental professionals since first opening its doors in 1881.
Since graduation, Dr. Demewoz has maintained a steadfast commitment to continuing his education by averaging about 35 hours of extensive, additional training each year.
This helps him and the practice stay on top of the latest dental techniques, technology, and trends to provide up-to-date, comfortable patient care.
