Dr. Courtney Davis grew up in West Virginia and became interested in dentistry after watching her father in his general dental practice. She solidified her decision to make dentistry her career while she was on a dental mission trip to Guatemala during college. Dr. Courtney completed her undergraduate and master's degrees at West Virginia University and her dental training at.
A great experience here as a parent but most importantly for my kids. Dr. Courtney and her staff are friendly, professional and made my boys comfortable. Love the kid-friendly atmosphere. It was busy when we went but we were called back right on time! They made my boys feel truly comfortable and were able to do what they needed to do. I was worried about their initial visit because it was the first time they've been to the dentist.
But they did a great job interacting and letting my kids know what they were doing each step of the way, assuring them that everything is going to be OK. A very organized office with great staff.

Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age.
Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
You can make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive.
If old enough, your child should be informed of the visit and told that the dentist and their staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions.
