I have been seeing Dr. Nia at Mesa Dental Care for many years and have been very satisfied with the care received. In fact, I can honestly say that Dr. Nia is the best dentist I've ever had in my life (I'm 65). So I'm sticking with Dr. Nia and would highly recommend him to anyone else seeking a great dentist!

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and provided the office with my insurance information. I made sure to get the time off and I arrived early for paperwork. I was called back to the desk after doing the paperwork and was told that since my insurance pays for a panorama x Ray only once every 5 years that I couldn't be seen. No other options were offered. I was only there for a cleaning but couldn't they have checked with insurance ahead of time and then tell me the cost of the x Ray? My time was totally wasted and so was theirs.
I have found another dentist that is more proactive about taking care of administrative items.

Good service, pleasant, quick. Everything is as it should be. It's just not 5 star material. It's really good. The dentist talks really faster, and seems super busy. Don't get me wrong. She seems like she totally cares. She just seems like she has a lot to do.
