Dr. Mahsa Esfandiari has more than ten years of experience as a general dentist.
She holds a D.D.S. degree from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA, where she was attending the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists.
She got another D.D.S. degree from Ahvaz Jundishapour University of Medical Sciences back in 2007.
She has been living in the Bay Area for around eight years now.
Before that, she was living in Montreal, Canada, where she graduated from McGill University with a Master of Dental Sciences degree.

Another indication is that if your insurance company has assigned you to a certain dental office.
That means that you have a DHMO plan.
Once we receive this information, we will contact your insurance company and check your information and get back to you (usually within a few business hours).

Came here recently to get my teeth whitened for the first time. RDA Sheila was awesome! She explained step by step how the whitening process would go and clarified any questions I had. She was very professional yet fun to converse with. She checked in with me often during the procedure and she also made sure we got the best result. Definitely coming back here for the next session!

I just moved here and was hesitant on finding a new doctor and had no clue where to start. This dental office was by far the easiest, friendliest, and most transparent staff I have ever experienced in my entire life!
They were prompt with checking us in and welcoming :) My dental hygienist, Amadell, was so nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome! She explained everything I need to do to care for my teeth :) I am so happy I decided to make an appointment here, I can not see myself going anywhere else for dental work now!
My boyfriend also went to the same dentist and agreed that this office was the best he has ever been too.
If you are looking for a new dentist I promise this office will not disappoint you! You are in good hands here.

Dr. Masha is so thoughtful of whats is best for the health of her patients. With all her expert advice an care she was able to save an reestablish my enamel near my gums from years of my bad dental choices like me using a hard toothbrush, an hands down the deepest cleanings I've ever had!
Being their to see hours of work done for my mother after extensive damage done from a accident. The time, effort, meticulous skill, an professionalisms Dr. Gangi put in was above and beyond!
The care is felt throughout Dr. Masha's Esfandiari Medical Group. A must recommend for a unbelievable refreshing dental experience!

SO it had been a while since I last visited a dentist office. Unfortunately, I started feeling intense pain on my tooth/gums...so I asked SO many of my friends and family for their dentist recommendations ... I decided to go with Dr. Greg Ganji at Soothing Dental, and luckily he was able to squeeze me in right away. The office was small, in a building with other dentist offices. The staff is very friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk! The doctor was very nice, explained everything thoroughly and I experienced little to no pain on my first visit. I'm very happy my friend recommended this office.

I have been going to Dr. May for years and I live in San Francisco! He is the best. When I first moved to San Francisco in 1997, I had a dentist who had replaced my filling but I was in pain. After two visits and six months, I still had pain and was no closer to finding out what was wrong. I returned to Dr. May, who I had seen years before when I lived in the South Bay during my youth, and he figured out quickly that I had developed a crack in my tooth when the filling was put in. He replaced the filling and -- there was no pain! His office has the latest in technology, he is up-to-date on the best and latest techniques, he is conscientious of people's comfort and pain during procedures. His staff is pleasant, friendly, professional and just nice. They also have deft touch. I have had dentists in the past who make my mouth hurt during routine cleanings or procedures. Not the case with Dr. May and his staff. The best part of it is Dr. May is a genuinely decent, kind human being who treats everyone with respect and lives his life as a model for others. I always look forward to my visits with him and his team.
