He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1980 with a Biology degree.
He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where he received awards from the Pierre Fauchard Academy and from the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society.
The Pierre Fauchard Award is given annually to the Outstanding Senior Dental student selected by the Faculty and peers for scholastic excellence, dedication to the profession of Dentistry and service to their fellow man.

When Carolyn discussed her desire to help a friend receive some much needed dental care with Dr. Freano, a partnership was formed to meet the needs of her friend and to continue helping others using the same formula for success.
Love Like Carolyn has now enabled several people in need to restore their oral health- and their confidence- through a partnership between our dental team and the sponsorship of our generous patients.
