I have a formerly chipped tooth with dental bonding. They bonding broke off over the weekend because I've had it for over a decade. Dr. Brittany did an amazing job constructing a new one. It honestly looked 1000% better than before it broke off. She also did a gum test on me. Usually I dread this because it is so painful but she was very gentle and quick, while being thorough. Aside from the treatment, you also can't go without noticing the thoughtful details her team puts into your visit to make you feel the most relaxed & comfortable you can be. I'm really impressed by the level of service that Sugar Fix provides.

Not to brag, but I've had quite a few cavities. My teeth have gone through a lot, and I've been to several different dental practices throughout the city. Dr Emery and her team at Sugar Fix are by far the BEST I've ever been to, especially when it comes to patient comfort.
Despite (or maybe because of) my extensive experience with fillings, I'm always a little anxious about having one done. The sound of the drill makes my skin crawl, and I can never fully relax in the dental chair. I shared my anxieties with Dr Emery and she was very kind, gentle, and patient, ensuring that I was profoundly numb and comfortable.
The office is designed to look more like a spa or salon than a typical dental practice, and there are nice little amenities, like Netflix during your treatment and warm lavender neck pillows, to help make you feel at ease.
Sugar Fix doesn't take insurance, so you have to pay the full price of treatment upfront, but they will work with your insurance company to get you reimbursed. Though the amount you get depends on your insurance, I've found that seeing Dr Emery does tend to be more expensive than seeing an in-network dentist. That being said, it's worth it to me. I no longer dread going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr Emery and Sugar Fix to anyone looking for a kind, caring dentist!

THE BEST dental experience of my life. (I've been more times than I'd like to admit) Sugar Fix feels like a spa that provides a teeth cleaning! I can't stop raving about it to everyone I know. They provided a warm neck pillow, blanket, chapstick before the cleaning and NETFLIX. The staff genuinely get to know their patients and their customer service is top notch. They also offer a teeth whitening bar next door. SWITCH YOUR DENTIST ASAP. Dr Emery is Top Notch.

There are two kinds of idiots in this world - those that leave a mattress in the middle of an alley, and those that try to drive over it. Unfortunately, I fall into the second category.
There are also two types of strangers - those that will help the idiot with a mattress under their car, and those that will only gawk and stare at the debacle that unfolded. Luckily for me, the staff of Sugar Fix Dental Loft is in the first category.
This morning on the way to work, I made the (unwise) decision to try to drive over a mattress that was lying in my alley, and it got seriously stuck underneath my car. While I was trying to get it out, one of the employees from Sugar Fix noticed my dilemma while watering the flowers out front, and went completely out of her way to help. Along with another one of her colleagues, I was able to get the mattress loose and safely out from under my car. Without their help, I probably would have lost hope and abandoned the car while trying to figure out where in life I went wrong.
Seriously, the two workers from Sugar Fix were incredibly helpful, and I honestly would have had a much worse morning if it were not for their assistance. They went above-and-beyond, and I am seriously considering switching my dentist solely because of their assistance.
If they care that much about a stranger's car, just think about how much they must care about their patients' teeth!
