Dr. Justin was recommended to us by our lactation consultant when our daughter was 4 weeks old after having some difficulty with breastfeeding.
He was kind, caring and knowledgable during our consultation and diagnosed a "moderate" tongue and lip tie. He calmly and clearly explained the pros and cons of doing a procedure to remove the tongue and lip tie, as well as the required mouth exercises following the procedure. After the procedure we noticed an immediate improvement in breastfeeding and were impressed that Dr. Justin called us directly that evening to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. After following Dr. Justin's mouth exercise guidelines for 3 weeks, the tongue and lip tie were fully healed and breastfeeding dramatically improved. Now 12 weeks later were still breastfeeding successfully and are so happy we saw Dr. Justin! Highly recommend!

I love this place! I went to Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontist for my son's teeth cleaning before school started and met with Dr. Matt. He was warm, welcoming and had an amazing sense of humor and personality with my son. I also met Dr. Dale in their orthodontists area for a consultation and he exceeded my expectations as well. He explained everything very well without putting a lot of pressure on me to make a decision right then and there! Jonathan, Juana and Liz in the office were amazing! This is my new dentist!

New to Chicago. Just moved here with my hubby and our super shy and slightly "fearful-of-dentists" daughter. We were hoping that the cool decor would ease her into a new dental environment, but it was more than just their amazing and thoughtful office. From Dr. Dale & Dr. Justin being super easy to talk to, to Jonathan, our friendly and awesome RDA, and the super sweet and helpful reception team ... we were all in love with this team and office. Our daughter LOVES going to her appointments here. We look forward to our chats with her Ortho team and would seriously come here ourselves if only they saw adults :)

OVERALL: Their service is incredible. IF Yelp had 10 stars, we would rate them at a 15!! Thank you Chicago Pediatric!

We LOVE this place - Dr. Dale is just amazing. The assistants - phenomenal. They get to know you. They know what is happening in your life, and they ask about it when you go the next time - even if it is 2 months away! It is just spectacular!
My only beef - the front desk. Man, for the quality of the doctors and the assistants, you'd think they'd also ask the same of the front desk staff. Unfortunately not. Like I am writing here, and confirmed by other non-5-star-reviews - the problem is the front desk. They are just not up to par.
The front desk staff - rude, unresponsive (doesn't return messages or calls), and is just down right - "take it or leave it" attitude. Believe me - if it were up to my husband, we would have left a long time ago. I've only stayed on so long cos I love Dr. Dale and the rest of the assistants team. Otherwise, I'd be long gone too.

Dr. Justin is hands down THEE best pediatric dentist in Chicago and the Chicagoland area, hands down. He's calm, patient and extremely intelligent. The office is welcoming, and the one occasion I saw his mom, she's amazing too! Any and every appointment I've had, I always leave more informed and just all around comfortable. My son adores him too. He wants to be a dentist like Dr. Justin for at least 3hrs until he sees a fire truck or police officer

I'm a little late with my review but I just called to schedule my daughters second appointment and remembered how amazing our first visit last November was.
My daughter then 15months old was a little sceptic of her first visit but Everyone was so sweet and welcoming they made us feel very comfortable from the moment we entered the office till the moment we left. They had a lot of entertaining in the waiting area and a little dinosaur that greeted us and demonstrated how to brush your teeth properly. It was exceptionally clean and you can tell that everyone that works there enjoys it. At the end they even gave her a little toy, I thought that was very cute!
If you are looking for a dentist don't look any long I don't think there is any way of improving for this office, they are amazing! Schedule your visit and see for yourself

You're from out of state, on vacation with your toddler. She's three and her toothache has become unbearable!
It's late, it's Friday, normal business hours are over. What do you do?
Google search of course. After calling the ER and Urgent Care centers, we luckily came across Dr. Justin's office. We left a message, among many other offices we left messages with.
Within a couple of hours, we get one return call from Dr. Justin himself, on his cell phone. Questions were answered and a last minute appointment to see him was set up for the very next day. It was even on a Saturday!
Their staff was amazing, and was warmly greeted by Dr. Justin's mom who offered to validate our parking. With a little playground right outside, shopping center and restaurants attached, the office visit made for a fun afternoon.
If your toddler is an anxious patient, like mine, Dr. Justin's & nurse's bedside manner really help to calm the nerves (for parents as well.)
If we ever move to the Chicago area, I know hands down who our child's Dentist will be. For everyone else, I highly recommend Dr. Justin Welke and Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.
