She was born and raised in Korea before moving to the United States for her education.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at University of California Berkley.
From there, Dr. Chaekal earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Columbia University as well as her Certificate of Orthodontics.
Dr. Chaekal has been an Elite Preferred Provider for Invisalign treatment (reserved for the top 1% of providers nationwide) since 2008.
