She began her studies while at the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and still made time to minor in Music.
She also participated in music therapy program and played piano for patients to improve recovery.
During college she realized she had a passion to work with people and brighten their smile and was accepted into the Prestigious School of Dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
