We are proud to be the only Board Certified Pediatric Dental Office on Mercer Island! Having a lifetime of healthy teeth starts with good brushing habits, good nutritional choices, and trust in your dentist. By teaming up with you, we can ensure that your child has a vibrant smile all the way into adulthood. Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry is about more than bright, healthy smiles.
It's also about making a trip to the dentist a calm, pleasant experience so that there is no fear of the 'next time'. We take pride in watching our patients grow into adulthood, so we're committed to earning the trust of every child and parent who visit our office. That's why we take the time to build relationships based on trust and confidence; making visits to the dentist easier for everyone.
We treat your child like you would want to be treated, using pleasant, age-appropriate language to describe what is happening and answering questions to prevent anxiety. Of course, Dr. Vu will also discuss treatment plans and answer any concerns or questions you might have as a parent.

I am a Seattle native and have lived almost my entire life in this beautiful city.
During college, I spent 2 years on the East Coast in Rhode Island pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Management at Johnson and Wales University.
After moving back to Seattle, I decided to pursue a career in Pediatric Dentistry because I have always had a deep love for helping people and working with children.
I feel so lucky to be able to work with your children and provide them a fun and easy experience!

Kid's teeth need routine dental care just like grown-up teeth.
At Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry, we provide comprehensive dental care for children, from infancy to young adulthood.
In addition to implementing many preventive measures, we educate parents about the oral health and dental development of their children, including the effects of thumb or finger-sucking habits on facial development, teeth grinding, and baby bottle-related tooth decay.
Regular examinations by a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist help to identify any problems with oral development early and can minimize the impact of tooth decay on your child's overall health by identifying and treating cavities as early as possible.
