After graduating with honors, he assumed the dental practice of the highly regarded Dr. George H. Starr, Jr. in Effingham.
Dr. Horin is past president of the Wabash River Dental Society, a component of the Illinois State Dental Society and the American Dental Association.
In addition to volunteering in the literacy program of CEFS, and serving in various capacities in St. Anthony of Padua parish, he is a past member of the Effingham County Board of Health, and presently serves on the advisory board of Catholic Charities.

I received a card in the mail and I assumed it was an appointment reminder or something about a new service they're offering, I opened it up and it was a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office offering their condolences for the passing of my grandma.
Not only is he a great dentist, but he truly cares for his patients.
