Kearney Pediatric Dentistry
Our office provides a unique family dental experience that is comfortable, friendly, fun, safe, and effective. We are professionally staffed and strive to combine just the right mix of personal care, new technology, and continuing education. The AAPD (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry) recommends that parents establish a dental home by their child's first birthday.

We promote natural, non-toxic, BPA & mercury free products to achieve and maintain a healthy mouth and body. Pediatric dentists are the pediatricians of dentistry. We are specially trained for children's unique oral health needs. We have two years of additional specialized professional education after dental school emphasizing child psychology, growth and development, and special health care needs.

We take the time to bond and build trust with our young patients and we treat them with kindness, respect and compassion. Our loving team helps your child build confidence in a dental setting and empowers your entire family with the tools and knowledge that will ensure a lifetime of beautiful, healthy Smiles!
Services
Dr. Brett and Dr. Eric are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our community by delivering the best in patient care and customer service.
We realize that each individual has a choice in health care provider and it is our commitment to earn your respect by enhancing lives by delivering quality care in an environment that is comfortable, friendly, fun, safe, effective, and professionally staffed.
Dr. Brett and his staff encourage parents to accompany their children for all new patient visits and subsequent cleaning visits.
For treatment visits (fillings, extractions, etc) parents are always welcome; however, Dr. Brett recommends parents and other caregivers remain in the waiting room.
Experience has shown that children tend to do better when their attention can be focused in one direction.
Dr. Brett has extensive training in behavior management and will work with your child in a way that allows them to understand each step of the visit.
Your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child.
Any change in this appointment affects all of our patients.
If a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance so that we may give that time to another patient.
If two (2) broken/missed appointments occur or two (2) cancellations without 48-hour notice, our office reserves the right to NOT schedule any subsequent appointments.
We understand that it's challenging for parents to schedule their child's visits within their busy schedule, so we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests.
Please familiarize yourself with the information that follows.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of our business office staff.
Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your child's treatment.
While we will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company, you will be responsible for the full balance including any amount that is not paid by your insurance company.
If your insurance covers 100% of preventative treatment, there is typically no charge up front for new patient visits.
Dental insurance is meant to be an aid in receiving dental care.
Many patients think that their insurance pays 90%-100% of all dental fees.
This is not true!
Most plans only pay between 50%-80% of the average total fee.
Some pay more, some pay less.
The percentage paid is usually determined by how much you and your employer has paid for coverage or the type of contract your employer has set up with the insurance company.
You may have noticed that sometimes your dental insurer reimburses you or the dentist at a lower rate than the dentist's actual fee.
