Born in India, Dr. Chahal received her Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) from C.S.M.S.S. Dental College in India in 1997 and graduated with her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2002, where she was on the Dean's Honor List.
