Dr. "Bill" Carini grew up in Milwaukee in a family with 5 children, and he entered into dentistry almost by accident, but he says it's the best thing that ever happened to him.
Dr. Carini actually started college as a Zoology major, and after his sophomore year, he found himself in a meeting with his counselor.
She basically asked him what he liked, and when he said "art and science, " she said that dentistry would likely be a better fit than his current major.
