She provides vision and organizational direction and is responsible for all business aspects of the practice.
She created most of the systems that allow us to demonstrate a high level of organizational commitment.
She also manages the staff and is constantly on the move to improve the patient experience.
Kristy has a bachelor's degree in business from the BYU Marriott School of Management.
Immediately after graduating from BYU she completed a one year management training program at Conoco Oil Company in Houston.
She provides vision and organizational direction and is responsible for all business aspects of the practice.

Daroma received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Midwestern State University in 1983 and has been a hygienist at Crabtree Dental for nearly 30 years.
Her longevity with our practice has allowed her to develop and enjoy ongoing relationships with the many patients she sees on a regular basis.
She also works very well with children, alleviating any apprehension they may have.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and watching movies.
