After graduating from Utah State University in 1999, Dr. Harvey was awarded the Navy's Health Professional Scholarship.
He earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2003 and began his career by serving the men and women of the armed forces in Washington, California, and aboard the USS New Orleans.
