Lacy grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from East Carolina University with a MS in Sports Management and a BA in Business Administration. She now resides in Holly Springs with her husband and two children. Lacy enjoys playing sports and being outdoors. Her positive attitude and attention to detail makes her a wonderful addition to our TEAM! Jennifer was born in California but was raised in North Carolina.
She graduated with an Associates degree from Central Carolina Community College. In her free time Jennifer loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is also fluent in English and Spanish. Jennifer's strong work ethic and her ability to make every patient feel welcome makes her a great addition to our TEAM! Debra grew up in Wendell, NC and graduated from Wayne Community College's Dental Assisting Program in 1991.
She now lived in Clayton with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys baking, crafts and spending time with her family. She has over 24 years of clinical and administrative experience.

Dr. Molina is a native of the small eastern NC town of Aurora.
She's one of those individuals who list her childhood pediatric dentist as one of the most influential people in her life.
After graduating with her BS in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior to starting dental school, she worked with Dr. Elliott for 14 months as an intern.
Dr. Elliott has been mentoring Dr. Molina since 2001, as we all knew she would be the right fit for our office TEAM!
Dr. Molina graduated in the top of her class with honors from the UNC School of Dentistry in 2005.

In addition to helping children in need, Give Kids A Smile! highlights for policymakers the ongoing challenges that disadvantaged children face in accessing dental care.
With the leadership of the North Carolina Dental Society, thousands of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental office staff, dental students, members of the public health community, and other volunteers work together to make "Give Kids A Smile!" a success each year.
In addition to helping children in need, Give Kids A Smile! highlights for policymakers the ongoing challenges that disadvantaged children face in accessing dental care.

The recipient of this award will also be required to visit Cary, NC and spend at least three (3) days visiting our practice.
The mentorship provided will introduce the recipient to the joys of private practice and show them how we have found success in building our dream and providing care to the children of our community.
