He attended the University of California at Davis for his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
After graduating from UC Davis, he attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
Upon graduating dental school in 2000, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, also at UOP.
Dr. Koeltl has completed extensive dental continuing education at both the Pankey Institute and the Spear Institute, as well as participating in the Partnership Study Club for 15 years.
