This expansion of DeVaney Dentistry has allowed us to spread our knowledge and expertise in the triad area. I always have a really good experience at their office. Despite having to have another crown put in, Dr. DeVaney is very professional and the staff is great. Amanda and Valerie are outstanding at making you feel comfortable and they have great personalities.

Dr. Matt DeVaney was raised in Northern Guilford county and graduated from NW High School.
He received his BS in Business from Wake Forest University before attending and graduating from UNC School of Dentistry in 1999.
Dr. DeVaney opened the doors of Oak Ridge Dentistry in 2001.
His focus has remained providing the highest level of quality clinical treatment and service to the patients of DeVaney Dentistry while participating in the most challenging continuing education available.
His commitment to education and cosmetic dentistry was recognized when he was invited to be a visiting faculty member of the Spear Institute, ranked the #1 provider of advanced dental education by dentists.

Dr. DeVaney setup a treatment plan for me to follow and the first step was wisdom teeth removal with some fillings as well since I was going under sedation.
The whole process was beyond stressful for me and I had the worst anxiety but once I got to the office that morning I began to feel relaxed.
The whole staff is so accommodating and understanding when it comes to your fear and anxiety.
Dr. DeVaney jokes and makes you feel very comfortable, he will take the time to answer all of your questions and be sure you understand everything he is planning to do and why it needs to be done.

We moved to the area in 2016 and started going to DeVaney Dentistry based on a friend referral. We have been so pleased with the service and professionalism by all the staff. They keep us well informed and send referrals out in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tina at the front desk is so welcoming and Maria and other hygienists make you feel at ease. I recommend DeVaney to all those who are seeking an outstanding dental practice.

i have been going to Dr D for over 12 years now. He is the best. He has a experienced, and very friendly professional staff. Today I had a crown replaced in 2 hours and done. No need for a temporary cap. Crown was made while I was there. Thanks to Valerie for her attention to detail and friendliness . She was awesome.
