Dr. Julian Alivia was born and raised in the Bay Area.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Santa Cruz and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the renowned University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the nation.
He is a standing member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, ADA, CDA, and the Contra Costa County Dental Society.
He has undergone extensive clinical and didactic training in surgical placement and restoration of dental implants by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the California Implant Institute.

Sudi Z. Moavenian, a Board Certified Periodontist, has been providing advanced periodontal care and dental implant therapy to patients and doctors since 1994.
She completed her dental education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska (1990) following a doctorate degree in dental medicine in 1985.
Her interest in periodontics and dental Implantology took her to the Ohio State University where she obtained her certificate in periodontics and a Masters of Science degree.
To become distinguished in the field of periodontology and amongst her colleagues, she then completed the board certification process in 1997.

After 10 years of working in the back office she transitioned to the front office and was eventually promoted to office manager.
She is currently the office manager at Concord Advanced Dentistry and is well informed on all dental terminology and technology.
She is able to transition smoothly from dental assisting to insurance processing to supervising day to day operations.
Her caring nature and humorous attitude make patients feel comfortable and happy when in the dental chair and at the reception desk.
