She was born and spent her early years in Texarkana, TX.
After graduating as the Valedictorian of her high school class, she attended Xavier University of Louisiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
She was inducted into Beta Beta Beta, a Biological Honor Society while attending Xavier.
She developed a strong interest in studying dentistry after attending a Pre-dental Enrichment Program at Xavier in 2004.
As a child, I always looked forward to my dental appointments and visiting with my dentist.
