Everyone there is friendly and kind, as well as efficient. They explain everything before and during procedures and helped build a treatment plan to make sure my smile looks amazing and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Best dental experience ever. *** Edited to add that April is the gentlest hygienist in the world and that Dr. Kapoor is absolutely fantastic for walking patience through all possible treatment options with realistic timelines, costs, and benefits/drawbacks.
I cannot stress enough how thorough this team is at taking care of the whole patient, not just their smile, and how very very far they go to make people feel comfortable and in control of their choices and treatment plans.

This was the first time I brought my 89 year old dad here for a check up. He has memory issues and did not do well at his previous dentist appointment. April was WONDERFUL! She spoke slowly, was constantly reassuring dad that he was doing great, and understood what was needed for a successful visit. Unfortunately, dad has periodontal issues that will require sedation and they are not equipped for that. The check up and referral went well and I would highly recommend this office.

"Fastest service I've ever had, all staff extremely friendly and welcoming." I posted this review a long time ago but in the 2+ years I've been at this dentist their service has always been outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I've had some serious work done and they've helped me navigate decisions about what is best to do and always been kind about it, abd all work has come off without any issues which is something I can't say I've experienced before. 10/10 recommend them.

I have been going to Mirage Family Dentistry for a year and a half now. When I first visited, I had not been to a dentist in years. My teeth needed a lot of work. Extractions, root canal, crowns. By that point I was embarrassed of my smile and afraid to eat a lot of food, for fear my teeth would break. The staff is very gentle and not judgemental.
Most people in my generation have some type of trauma when it comes to the dentist.now I can say that I actually look forward to my appointments. I have a smile that I don't hide anymore. My teeth are no longer hurting me. I still have work to be done and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

My first visit to this dentist since moving to Yorktown this year. I went for a routine checkup and cleaning but had a cavity near a previous filling. All of these issues were taken care of right away. The staff are very professional and kind. Par Excellence is how I would describe the dentist, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Best dental experience EVER!

I really appreciate the outstanding work done for me at Mirage Family Dentistry! My dental work was extensive as I had to have several root canals and a bridge put in the lower half of my mouth. From the first appointment the staff was kind and understanding of my dental needs and immediately set out to devise a game plan for me that would alleviate my aggressive tooth situation. I had to have a crown replaced and it was long and tedious work for Dr. Kapoor. But she remained patient throuout the whole procedure. I had very little discomfort after leaving the clinic when the anesthesia wore off. I would also like to add that Dr. Kapoor's assistant is extremely kind and gentle. I would recommend Mirage Family Dentistry to anyone.

My family switched to Mirage from another dental practice we were with for over 30 years but changed hands. We left because the dentist was too pushy with new elective, expensive procedures and treatments that were optional or he received a referral fee from selling. Mirage has none of that pushy used car salesman feel! You come in and the staff are all friendly, the tech cleans and the dentist makes her recommendations of what you truly need. No upselling here unless you ask about something. Finally I dont dread going to the dentist and fending off the latest gadget or product!

I hadnt been to a dentist in almost 13 years. Finally worked up the courage and glad I did. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Shout out to Zara at the front desk for always being cool and helping me figure out my insurance on my initial visit as a new patient. Dr Kapoor is calm and straight to the point with what you need. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to your needs and comfort level.
I like that its a small practice which takes away some of the anxiety for me. It does take about a month between each visit for regular work needed but that didnt bother me. Anyway, if you are someone like me who gets really anxious for these types of health care visits, you should go here. If I can do it, anyone can.

We had a terrible experience with another dentist so we switched to Mirage. They are very friendly and it feels like we have been going to them for years. I had a great first experience with Dr. Kapoor! I chipped my tooth pretty badly and although I cant get it fixed now because of pregnancy, she referred me to a oral surgeon and took care of me. Shes super sweet and you can tell she cares about her patients! The office is smaller and it makes you feel like youre not just a number. Ill definitely be back, thanks Dr. Kapoor!

I was in desperate need of a new dentist after moving here and having a bad experience with a dentist office. Mirage got me an appointment quickly and has amazingly flexible hours that are great for people who work a 9-5 full time job. The staff was so friendly and caring. The hygienist knew about my bad experience at a previous dentist and was so great about making sure that I was comfortable.
The dentist was incredibly kind and gentle and was very informative when creating my treatment plan. I was terrified of going back to the dentist, but Im so thankful that I made an appointment with Mirage. They made me feel so calm and at ease. What an amazing experience we had from the front desk to Dr Kapoor. Unfortunately the hygienist wasnt able to make it to work today but the very own doctor said yes to doing my daughters cleaning. Shes usually really good at the dentist but todays my daughter was extra great. Definitely recommend this practice for anyone that has a child with anxiety or just in general. Everyone was amazing.

Establishing a new dentist after moving to the area. Website had great reviews and they didnt disappoint. Stunning waiting area with all the luxuries, kind staff, punctual appointment time, very capable dentists and pleasant. Quickly cleaned my teeth with minimum discomfort and always made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This is now my regular dentist and I would recommend them to others.

This was my first visit to Mirage Dentistry, and due to financial circumstances, hadn't seen a dentist in five years. Needless to day, I very apprehensive about the visit. Everyone, to include the technicians and dentist, were wonderful to work with, and were very professional and friendly. I plan to have Mirage Dentistry as my regular dentist going forward, and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the very best, regarding a long-term dental relationship!

My son is a new patient, and this was his first experience with a dentist. Everyone is pleasant and they're main concern the entire time was my son's comfort. Just as everyone usually does after not visiting the dentist in awhile; I had some bad dentistry jitters. Those jitters are completely gone now and I have to say this is one of the best dentistrys I have EVER been to! Angels!. I havent had much luck with dentist since i was child. Well I can say now visiting here was the best experience I've ever had. The ladies were so kind! Dentist listened to me, showed care! Oh and did I mention called and had appointment next day! They made my day! Im so excited and looking forward to finally have my smile back.

I have never left a review for a dentist before, but I felt compelled to do so after going to this office for the first time today. I called looking for a new patient appointment and expected to wait weeks to get in. Instead, less than 2 weeks later, I was in & if not for my work schedule would probably get in sooner. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. Im used to a dentist swooping in for a few minutes after spending the majority of the time with the hygienist. Not here! Dr. Kapoor spent a great deal of time with me which made me feel like a patient and not a number. Im so happy I found this office - highly recommend!

My experience at Mirage Family Dentistry was fantastic! They were able to see me quickly and it was great to have a dentist and oral surgeon all in one. Dr. Kapoor and Staff -- Reagan and Ashton - were great! I felt like they took their time take care of me and did not try to rush decisions or work. Thanks Mirage!
