A Georgia native, Dr. Payne grew up in the Gwinnett area and attended Emory University where he received his undergraduate degree in Biology.
He achieved his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2001 and has been practicing at this location since 2002.
