Dr. Wright attended the University of Florida where he earned both his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Microbiology in 1974, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1978.
Upon graduation, Dr. Wright was selected to participate in a sought-after General Practice Residency in Dentistry at The Veteran's Administration Hospital in Miami, FL.
