I was born and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois before attending the University of Illinois in Champagne for college.
I have been practicing in the greater Chicago land area since graduating from The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1981.
I have been fortunate to serve the great people of Bartlett since 1997.
Outside of my time in the office, I also serve the men and women of the Illinois Air National Guard Reserve.
Before my time with the Illinois Air National Guard, I served for 16 years in the Army Reserve.

Please bring the name of your medical doctor to your first appointment.
If you have had recent surgery, we will also need to know the name and telephone number of your surgeon.
Also, bring a list of any prescription or over the counter medication that you may be taken.
After completing the necessary paperwork, Polly will take you to one of our treatment rooms.
She will make sure you are comfortable and ask you a few preliminary questions.
