The entrance to our office building is accessed directly from P.C.H. and is between Busch Dr and Heathercliff Rd.
Go north on P.C.H. past the signal at Heathercliff Rd (USA gas station on left).
Get in the left lane and look for the left turn lane for WESTWARD BEACH RD.
Make a U-TURN at Westward Beach so that you are now going south on P.C.H. (If you reach Busch Dr. you went to far.)
