Roxanne is the General Anesthesia Coordinator and Patient Relations Specialist at both our Glendale and Scottsdale locations.
She has been with the office for 7 years and is incredibly passionate about her role in the planning and scheduling of general anesthesia cases.
She also handles all things front office and can be found in both the front and back office talking to patients about their treatment and benefits.

Dr. Feldhake earned his B.S. degree in Physiology with a minor in chemistry from Southern Illinois University (SIU).
He went on to achieve his doctorate in Dental Medicine from the SIU School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded the Quintessence award, a title for the most exemplary students of the class, upon graduating.
Focused on perfecting his skills and providing his patients with the best possible care, he continued to further his education, receiving a post-graduate certificate in implant dentistry from Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry of North Texas.
He went on to achieve his doctorate in Dental Medicine from the SIU School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded the Quintessence award, a title for the most exemplary students of the class, upon graduating.
