Dr. Katie Burggraaf is a Grand Rapids Native who graduated from Forest Hills Central High School before attending the University of Michigan for both her undergraduate and dental doctorate degrees.
She graduated in 2007 and received the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-doctoral Student Award from faculty members.
Dr. Burggraaf met her husband David while in dental school.
After graduating, they moved to Boston for a few years before returning home to Grand Rapids.
They have two boys, Declan and Nolan, and a dog named Yost.
