The examination can identify conditons such as tooth decay, periodontal disease, and even oral cancer.
Teeth cleaning may be performed during your first visit, or might be scheduled for a follow-up visit depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.

Dr. Krouth attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Biology.
She then attended dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago's College of Dentistry, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Krouth previously worked as an associate dentist in Aurora from May of 2003 to May of 2006.
She then opened her own practice at our location in Oswego.
