After graduating from UT Dental School, Dr. Edwards opened his private dental practice in 1982.
He has two children, Taylor and Maggie.
They are members at Christ Methodist Church.
Dr. Edwards has served on the Administrative Board, Missions Committee, Youth Committee, and Recreation Committee at the church.
