Dr. Kapil Davar is a Board Certified pediatric dentist.
He attended the University of Wisconsin where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree.
He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
He went on to complete his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at The Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
While at Children's Hospital, Dr. Davar developed clinical expertise in treating children including those with special needs as well as those needing treatments in a hospital setting.

Only a smear amount of fluoridate toothpaste should be used for children under the age of 3; no more than a pea size amount should be used for children ages three to six.
When brushing teeth, move the brush in small circular motions to reach food particles that may be under the gum line.
Hold the toothbrush at an angle and brush slowly and carefully, covering all areas between teeth and the surface of each tooth.
