We are In-Network Providers for: Delta, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Altus, Cigna, Metlife, and all major insurance plans, we offer our GLAD savings club for patients without dental insurance, and we can also help you apply for a "CareCredit" payment plan; however the patient will be responsible for "In and Out of network" co-payments which are expected at time of service.
The fees in our office are based on the necessary treatment and time involved in each case.
