Cleaning all operatory surfaces, including the dental chair with the highest level disinfectant after each patient. All instruments are individually bagged and heat sterilized to medical facility standards. Sterilizers are checked by an independent company on a weekly basis to verify they are working properly. We ask patients to call from their vehicles on arrival, so they can be taken directly to their treatment rooms.
Every room is cleansed after each patient with a cold fogging treatment that kills the virus on contact. All non-clinical areas, such as counters, doorknobs, bathrooms, are disinfected multiple times daily.

If gum recession is present and tooth roots are exposed, a gum graft may be recommended.
This procedure is used to control and prevent further gum recession and subsequent damage to the surrounding teeth and bone structure.
Often, a soft tissue graft also improves the appearance of a patient's smile and sensitivity to heat and cold.
During a soft tissue graft, tissue is surgically placed to cover as much of the exposed root area as possible.
Often, a tissue flap is created to allow the added tissue to be joined to the existing gums to facilitate tissue growth and healing.

The most common bone grafting procedure is a minor surgery that improves the bone density in the upper or lower jawbone to prepare for the placement of dental implants.
Because dental implants require a stable base of support in order to be successful, this preliminary procedure is important for optimal patient outcomes.
When a tooth is lost, the jawbone that once supported the root is affected; it begins to break down and its minerals are transported to other areas of the body.
Patients who have experienced bone loss in the jaw are not candidates for traditional dental implants, but bone grafting can remedy this by reversing bone loss or enhancing existing bone.
