At Happy Grins, children are our passion and we are committed to giving them the best possible dental experience in a positive, fun and fresh environment. We offer a preventive and conservative model of dentistry, but we don't just focus on teeth. To us, overall health, environment, nutrition, and behavior are all important factors in the well-being of your child.

Getting to know you and your child individually is very important as doing so enables us to develop a tailored approach that works best for your family. We believe in forming partnerships with parents and encourage you to accompany your child in the treatment room for all visits. We take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

We invite you to be an active part of our dental health team, working with us to protect the health of your child. We look forward to taking care of your child as they grow from infants to teenagers, not only as our patients but also part of our dental family.
Services
From the moment you walk through the doors of Happy Grins, you will enjoy a unique pediatric dental experience.
Our office, which has been carefully designed with your privacy and comfort in mind, offers a modern aesthetic that creates a relaxing environment for families and inspires a sense of fun among children of all ages.
We utilize the most current technology and safest equipment available in dentistry to ensure that your child receives the highest quality of treatment possible.
As a mother herself, Dr. Patty understands how important it is to know that your child is in caring hands.
She combines her mother's touch with her research experience, academic background, and clinical skills to deliver the best possible care to her patients.
After completing her Master's Degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the prestigious University of Sao Paulo - Brazil in 2001, Dr. Patty moved to the United States where she taught, lectured and performed research at Tufts University in Boston, MA and Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Biomaterials Research Center.
According to The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) your child's first visit should be when their first tooth erupts, or around their first birthday.
An early examination provides your child with preventive dental care while establishing good dental habits at an early age.
During your child's first visit, we will do a lap to lap exam with you to examine your baby's mouth, teeth, gums, tongue and muscle attachments and we will discuss how we can help you and your child establish good dental habits and reduce the risk of dental decay.
It is important that you and your child are informed about maintaining good oral health.
Preventative dentistry emphasizes dental care techniques to effectively prevent gum disease and tooth decay.
The quality of your child's smile is our top priority!
At Happy Grins Pediatric Dentistry, we value your child's oral health.
We believe it is essential that they develop good dental habits early on in order to ensure that they grow up with a healthy smile.

Does your child have cavities?
Say no more!
At Happy Grins Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to offer Silver Diamine Fluoride as a treatment option for the management of tooth decay!
Silver Diamine Fluoride is a revolutionary treatment option for the management of tooth decay.
It is an FDA-approved, antimicrobial liquid that is painted onto an active area of decay, arresting the cavity and strengthening the tooth in a fast, painless, non-invasive manner.
By arresting caries, SDF offers an alternate care path for young, fearful, or pre-cooperative children for whom traditional treatment is not possible, often preventing the need for sedation and local anesthesia.
