It is such a pleasure to have found Dr. Heck who is not only great as a dentist but also warm and amiable as a person and sensitive to his patients' needs. Dr. Heck communicates in detail his finding and sets up the proper expectation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that unlike many other physicians, he had actually read the Patient History Form as he asked all sorts of relevant questions. He was also genuinely curious to find out about what he deemed important in my medical history. This alone makes for a thorough and a wonderfully trustworthy physician! Another valuable point about Dr. Heck is that he is aesthetically sensitive. What more can a patient who is looking for a confident smile ask for?! The staff at Smile Creations is fantastic and Dr. Heck's assistant is simply marvelous! I highly recommend Smile Creations to anyone who is looking for a truly good dentist!

I highly recommend Dr. Heck and the entire team at Smile Creations. Their cleanings are exceptionally thorough, and Dr. Heck always takes the time to address any concerns and answer all questions. His expertise in TMJ was particularly beneficial for me. I've enjoyed coming here for years and was very disappointed when my work's insurance changed. I hope to return in the future.

I just want to thank Smile Creations, Dr. Heck and the amazing staff for everything they do! They go above and beyond! Seriously have never enjoyed going to the dentist until now. They make you feel comfortable, are so highly skilled and use the latest and greatest in technology in the dental community. They also do lots of charitable work for community and are huge contributors to the H.A.A.M. Association supporting the artists that make Austin the live capital music of the world. Family owned and operated as well. So thank you Dr. Heck and the staff for all the hard work you all do and being so kindhearted in the process. I HIGHLY recommend Smile Creations!

I found my forever dentist! After many years with my previous dentist, who recently retired and sold the practice, I was disheartened when the new dentist suggested invasive work for my minor chipped front teeth. I knew I needed a second opinion and a new dentist. Fortunately, I discovered Smile Creations! Dr. Heck’s excellent bedside manner and expertise exceeded my expectations. He provided options that didn't require invasive procedures. I saw him on Tuesday and returned on Wednesday, walking out with a beautiful smile, keeping all my original teeth intact. I absolutely love my smile and highly recommend Dr. Heck and his team to everyone!

I became a patient at Smile Creations a few years back and it was the best decision I've made for dental healthcare. Dr. Matthew Heck is personable, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Huge shoutout to Dixie Garcia, the best hygienist in the universe! Dixie is an expert in her field, kind, gentle and attentive. Together, this is my A Team of dental professionals. They keep me on top of my dental health, offer suggestions when needed, and when I did need some work, gave me a reasonable timeline for addressing my dental health. I can't say enough great things about the practice and staff. They're truly caring, and you can see that in both the way that patients are treated and in how the staff interacts with each other. 10/10 would recommend as there is no better dental practice in the Austin metro area.
