Services
Staffing any type of business with qualified and enthusiastic personnel should be uppermost in an employer's mind, as it is in ours.
Retaining these employees over a long period of time is also one of our goals.
This provides for long-term recognition on the part of both parents and children in a pediatric practice and gives everyone a sense of comfort, recognition, and security.
We feel that we have selected only extremely efficient, qualified, caring, and sensitive personnel, and we take pride in the work ethic, dedication, loyalty, and longevity of our employees.

I attended Bellarmine College Preparatory High School, then went on to the University of California at Davis where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Following this, I attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry where I received my D.D.S. degree in 1999.
I then moved to Baltimore, Maryland where, like my father, I also attended a two-year residency at the University of Maryland Dental School.
I then stayed on for a third year where I completed a fellowship at a community health clinic in Carroll County, just outside of Baltimore.
My name is Dr. Phil Wolkstein and I was born and grew up in Newark, New Jersey.
I attended Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey where I received my Bachelor's degree in science.
I then received my dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970.
Following dental school, I attended a two-year residency program in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
After moving to California in 1972, I became an associate professor at the University of California School of Dentistry at San Francisco for two years.
Although it may seem very early, we, along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommend that children be first seen by the dentist by their first birthday or after the appearance of their first tooth (whichever comes first.)
At this time, we will be able to conduct an examination of your child's mouth and teeth, discuss healthy dietary habits and patterns, and (if we haven't already done so, with previous family members of yours, ) we can explain and demonstrate proper home care and cleaning techniques.
We understand your need to receive treatment in a practice where you feel comfortable, safe, and welcome.
Please feel free to schedule an appointment, or stop by for a complete tour of our practice.
You will get to meet our team, walk through our office and treatment areas, and learn more about the treatments we provide.
