Please allow 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to complete your health history, and insurance information, we will take the necessary x-rays, clean your teeth, do a complete exam, and present you with options for treatment if needed.
Know that we might have to take some x-rays on that day, we will clean your teeth, apply fluoride, do a complete exam, and present you with options for treatment, (please let us know if you want to opt out your fluoride or x-rays).
If you want a second opinion we are more than happy to do so, just keep in mind that we will need to gather some vital information (health history, reasons for the consultation and maybe some x-rays) in order to better diagnose and recommend.
