Cindy is a University of Oregon alum with a degree in Biological Anthropology.
She has worked in the dental field since 1997 and brings with her a personnel background from previous experience with the U.S. Forest Service.

Dr. Kirchmeier attended Portland State University for his undergraduate course work before graduating from Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry in 1997.
After graduating he, his wife Cindy and their two children moved to Bend where they owned and operated a dental practice for 10 years.
Dr. Kirchmeier and his family relocated to Eugene in 2007.
Dr. Kirchmeier's main passion is his patients.
