She was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas, and comes from a dental family.
Her father is a general dentist and her brother an oral surgeon.
Dr. Stanley graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA in human biology and went on to graduate from the UMKC School of Dentistry.
After six years as a general dentist in Olathe, her passion for pediatrics led her to complete a two year residency in pediatric dentistry at the Oregon Health and Science University's Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
She was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas, and comes from a dental family.
