Uber Health is a HIPAA compliant technology solution that enables our patients and caregivers to get to and from our location.
Passengers do not need the Uber app or even a smartphone to get a comfortable, reliable ride to and from our location with Uber Health.
Exclusions: First-time patients coming for consultation for implants or dentures only, must be 18 years or older with valid ID, within a certain radius of office, rides not offered during inclement weather, not valid after 6:00 pm, one ride per patient, not on holidays, need 24-hour notice prior to office.
