Dr. Marien grew up in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico.
He studied dentistry at the University of Oklahoma and then attained a certificate in Pediatric dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry.
He has served in the military for 36 years; 12 as enlisted and 24 as a dentist.
Dr. Marien's favorite thing about being a dentist is helping children and has 17 1/2 years of pediatric dental experience.
His main mission is helping special needs children including those with cleft lip and palate.
Dr. Marien has participated in many humanitarian missions around the world and enjoyed dedicating himself to serving children in need.
