We believe that the experience your child has at the dentist will influences them for a lifetime. So we work cooperatively with parents to create a positive dental experience for each child. Our team offers a compassionate, state of the art, and minimally invasive dental approach for infants, toddlers, adolescents & children with special needs. We offer low cost membership plans and work with families to ensure that every child in our community has access to dental health.

We are here to serve our community. This means investing in cutting-edge equipment, technologies, and practices-without charging cutting-edge prices. We use digital radiography rather than conventional radiography equipment, decreasing radiation exposure while improving imaging. We use hospital-grade sterilization and state-of-the-art sealants that are more durable and reduce chemical exposure for patients.

Our team specializes in silver diamine fluoride treatment, a liquid painted onto the tooth that painlessly kills the bacteria causing decay.
Services
Our Mission is to serve the community by providing quality dental care in a comfortable environment; to educate patients in the proper care of their teeth and gums; and to help patients meet their oral health and aesthetic desires.
Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is delighted to introduce Dr. Jonathan E. Norris (or as his patients like to affectionately call him, Dr. Jonny), to the practice.
He is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jonny completed his undergraduate studies at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where he graduated with great Honor and Distinction.
At Montshire Pediatric Dentistry our mission is to inspire true wellness and empower children to create the best world.
How we embody that is not only through expert ethical care, but also through the way we live our practice - our entire team shares a vision and way of working that emphasizes wellness, empowerment and passing on our experiences, vision and values to the next generation.
In our trainings you'll learn about complications that come about in patient care, minimally invasive dentistry, ethics in dentistry, working with families to create a culture of wholistic/ prevention-focused care and more.
We want our employees to remain happy, healthy and fulfilled, and part of that is providing a share in the results of our work.
With a healthy profit share program, we earn together, not through upsells, but through providing the right care to become the go-to provider for child dentistry in our area.
Our team should be rested and ready for work.
That's why we include paid time off for our team so they can rest and recuperate.
We look forward to hearing about our teams great "away" activities, whether that's a camping trip to the woods, a visit to galleries and museums, or just some time at home.
When your child comes in for a cleaning, Dr. Norris will also do a visual examination of all their teeth, their gums, and even the development of facial structure.
However, there is only so much the naked eye can see.
For example, there can be decay hiding between the teeth that a visual exam can't find.
Also, it is important to look at the development of the bones, the teeth below the gumline and the adult teeth that are waiting in line.
For those things, we need x-ray vision!
A dental diagnosis made without x-rays is much like a mechanic trying to tell you what's wrong with your car but he never opened the hood.
As a new patient, we want to welcome you and your child to our office.
Our goal is to make your child feel comfortable in our office by gaining their trust and helping to alleviate their fears.
Our kid-friendly staff is skilled at helping children have a positive experience in our office.
We see the first exam as the start of a long-term relationship with each family.
We focus on making it a positive experience for the child and ask the family to stay with them throughout the process.
In addition to a thorough exam and cleaning, we work with child and parents to create a home hygiene plan - because what you do outside of our office is even more important to your dental health than what I do in the office!
