She received her associate's degree in 2004 as a paralegal but has since been certified for expanded dental duties, taking X-rays and coronal polishing.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jarod, daughter, Jenna, son William, and border collies Kemba and Jaycee.
